Located at 402-422 Snediker Avenue, Brooklyn, NY in Community Board 5, Beverly’s Place is a permanent supportive housing facility for individuals and families.
Comprised of 72 units, Beverly’s Place has been created to provide stabilization, medication, better health care, employment, and other services to help residents live an independent life.
Services for Tenants
- Caseworkers that will assist with creating and implementing individual resident service plans
- Skills of independent living training
- Primary care coordination
- Psychological counseling
- Therapies such as urban roof farming, massage, arts involvement, and other services as needed
