Community Counseling and Mediation (CCM) developed and now operates four Brooklyn residential buildings with 206 units. All have supported housing programs for individuals and families who are homeless and may have HIV and/or a behavioral health condition. Services include case management, skills building, wellness services, and linkage to community services. These residences also provide affordable housing for low-income New Yorkers.
CCM is currently developing two additional buildings—Jean’s Place with 130 units and Jackson’s Place with 64 units—that have supportive housing for homeless New Yorkers and affordable housing for community residents.
