Community Counseling & Mediation (CCM) offers year-round programs in Brooklyn for thousands of children and youth, which provide educational enrichment, social support, employment opportunities and more.
Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)
Each year, CCM places over 1,900 youth ages 14-24 in subsidized and monitored employment training positions in a variety of community workplaces, with many matched to jobs aligned with their career interest.

CCM’s afterschool and vacation/summer day camp programs for over 400 Brooklyn children ages 5 to 14 years in five schools (grades K-8).

Overcoming Barriers and Moving Ahead (OBAMA) is a youth empowerment program aimed to enrich the lives of HS students in temporary housing through support services and an environment that encourages youth to achieve and succeed.
Work, Learn and Grow (WLG)
CCM’s Work, Learn and Grow is a youth program designed to extend student’s skills and experiences gained through CCM’s Summer Youth Program (SYEP).
