Beverly’s Place

CCM’s Beverly’s Place offers 72-units of permanent housing for individuals and families.  Opened in 2020, it is located at 402-422 Snediker Avenue in Brooklyn, New York (Community Board 5).  Forty-three units are supportive housing reserved for adults who are homeless and have a serious mental health condition and/or substance use disorder.

On-site clinically-trained caseworkers and a nurse provide residents with case management, skills training for independent living, assistance with medications, health monitoring, and connection to community health care services.  Enhanced holistic wellness services are offered, including massage therapy, acupuncture, urban rooftop gardening and art therapy.

Twenty-nine units are targeted for low-income individuals and families.

The building is named in honor of Beverly Brooks, the late wife of deceased Founder, Past President and CEO Emory X. Brooks.
