The page contains a quick, easy and safe way to donate through GiveLively, as well as a list of other donation options we accept so you can find out what type of contribution works best for you. Every bit of your contribution will go towards our goal to provide imperative care for Brooklyn and Manhattan’s most underserved communities. Your donation will help to ensure that every person and family in the CCM community achieve their optimal wellbeing, whether they are a client in one of our mental health clinics, a tenant in one of our supportive housing programs, or a child or adult in one of our youth & educational programs.
